A new kind of coastal cool
The Brief
Northshore Place is a collection of 10 beautifully designed new homes set within the coastal village of Brancaster Staithe, developed by Fleur Homes. TenSevenNine was commissioned to create a brand communications campaign that would articulate the development’s premium coastal appeal, drive early market engagement and maximise off‑plan sales velocity in a competitive residential property market.
The Solution
TenSevenNine delivered a holistic marketing suite that brought the distinct spirit of Northshore Place to life. This included branding, brochure design, photography, illustration, copywriting, hoarding design and an integrated online marketing campaign, all inspired by the site’s stunning coastal context. The creative language and visual identity were crafted to appeal directly to the target buyer demographic, elevating perception and creating desire ahead of completion.
The Results
The launch campaign delivered clear commercial impact: 7 of the 10 open‑market homes were sold off‑plan before construction began, demonstrating strong buyer confidence and market traction driven by the strategic brand communications. Overall sales performance underscored how effective the creative and messaging were in accelerating revenue realisation and reducing holding risk for this residential development.
